Leadership Development Applications

AGMARDT invests in leadership development programmes within the agricultural, horticultural and forestry sectors that build and develop the capability of New Zealand’s future leaders.

In submitting a funding application for a leadership development programme, please provide information on the following:

  • The objectives and outcomes of the programme and how this aligns with AGMARDT strategic objectives,
  • The reasons for running the programme and identify the gaps it intends to address within your sector,
  • The benefits of the programme for your sector and the individuals concerned,
  • The target group or profile of individuals who will attend,
  • Provide programme content and information on the group/facilitator running it (include group/facilitator’s credentials),
  • Evaluation process to identify whether the outcomes of the programme meet the expectations of organisers and participants ,
  • What are the intended outcomes for the participants attending the programme, and
  • A budget breakdown for the programme.

Applications can be made throughout the year.
